Who makes TailGateBid
TailGateBid is made and run by Strategic Field Solutions LLC, a company registered in South Carolina, in the United States.
Who it is for
Trade businesses in the United States and Canada, one person or a crew, working in English or in Spanish.
It is not built around a list of trades. If your work is done at a customer's place, it is meant for your trade too. When you describe a service that is not trade or field-service work, such as legal, medical or financial services, TailGateBid does not take it.
It is priced by the month, and every plan starts with 30 days free.
Where your data is kept
Information is stored in data centers in the United States. If you are in Canada, your information is sent to the United States and processed there.
The privacy policy says what is collected, why, and who it is shared with.
How to reach a person
Write to support@tailgatebid.com. An owner of the company reads that mailbox.
If you have an account, you can also ask for help inside the app. The answer comes back there and by email.
No hours and no time to answer are promised, and there is no phone number to call.
How these pages are made
- They were written with AI help, in English and in Spanish. If something reads wrong in either language, tell us.
- Prices, plan limits and the numbers in every worked example are not typed. They are filled in from the app's own code when the site is built.
- The sample quotes are worked out by the same code a TailGateBid quote uses for sales tax, the deposit and what you keep.
- The five prices under the calculator for what you keep of every $100 are rounded up the same way TailGateBid rounds when it suggests a price for a service.
- Worked examples use made-up numbers and say so. TailGateBid has no price data, so no page gives a going rate for any kind of work.
- A figure from outside TailGateBid, such as a tax rate or a legal limit, is printed only with its source, a link and the day it was read.
- A calculator shows the day its words last changed and, once a person has checked it, that day too.
The terms and the privacy policy
The terms of service and the privacy policy are drafts. A lawyer has not reviewed them yet, and each says so at the top.
