Also in every account
A page for each customer
A private link with no password. It shows their next visit, the quotes waiting for an answer, their invoices and balances, and the photos you shared. From it they can confirm a visit, ask to reschedule and ask for new work.
Change orders
Extra work that comes up is written on the job, and your customer approves it by link before you do it. It is added to the final invoice.
Reviews
Asked for when an invoice is paid in full. Nothing is shown until you approve it.
Bring your lists
Your customers and your price book can come in from a spreadsheet. You match your columns, and the rest is done.
Your jobs on your phone's calendar
A private link each person adds to the calendar they already use.
No passwords
You sign in with a code sent to your email. Your customers open private links.
When there is more than one of you
Invite your people and give each one a role: Owner, Office, Crew lead or Field tech. A business can have more than one owner.
The Crew and Shop plans add the crew board, Leads, and the cost and profit of every job. Shop adds full reports, and permissions set person by person. What a crew gets, and what each plan costs.
Is it just you? TailGateBid for a one-person business.
Does it work for your trade? Yes. It is not built around a list of trades.
