A website for your business, included
Every account comes with a website, hosted for you at no extra cost. Pick one of three looks, add a headline and switch it on. Until you do, it is off, and nobody outside your team can see it.

What is on it
One of three looks
They are called Workshop, Blueprint and Main Street. Change the look whenever you like.
Your logo and your colors
The same ones your quotes and invoices carry. The colors are read from your logo, and you can change them.
The parts you choose
Your services, your work, the team, reviews and a request-a-quote form. Switch each one on or off, and put them in the order you want.
What a customer looks for
A headline, a sentence or two about you, the towns you cover, a main photo, your license number and a button to call you.
A request becomes a quote
A visitor leaves a name, a phone number or an email address, the address of the job, what they need, and up to 4 photos. You are emailed what they sent.
On the Crew and Shop plans the request also lands in Leads, the board that follows a job from the first call to the day it is won. One tap there turns it into a quote your customer signs on their phone. The form itself is part of every plan: what a crew gets.
Before and after
A before photo and an after photo from the same job become a slider a visitor can drag across. A job photo goes on your website only after that customer has agreed.
Reviews
When an invoice is paid in full, your customer is asked to rate the job. Nothing shows on your website until you approve it, and then it shows with their first name and last initial. How invoices work.
Your customers find their own page
The website has a customer login. A customer types their email address and is sent the private link to their own page, with their quotes, their invoices and their visits.
In English and Spanish
The website's own words, its headings and its form, show in English or in Spanish, following the visitor's browser, with a link to switch. What you write yourself shows as you wrote it. How the two languages work.
Where it lives, and how it goes live
Your website lives at tailgatebid.com/site/ followed by a short name for your business.
The website page in Settings carries a sign that reads "Website is live" or "Website is off". Live gives the address anyone can open. Off means only you and your team can see it.
It needs a headline before it can be switched on. Do not want a website? Choose "No website". It stays off, and you can pick a look the day you change your mind.
Or have one built for you
You can also ask TailGateBid to build a website just for your business. It is a one-time charge, from $150, and more for a larger one or one that does more.
Asking costs nothing. It opens a conversation with us: we talk through what you want and give you a price before any work starts.
A website built for you can use your own domain name, pointed at it. Until it is ready, you can use one of the three looks.
Looking for a website for one trade?
See what goes on it, with a sample quote beside it, for concrete, fencing, a tree service, lawn care and landscaping, painting, pressure washing, drywall, flooring and tile, house cleaning and handyman work. Any other trade gets the same website: you list your services in your own words.
In every plan
The website is part of every plan, with no charge for hosting it.
